Once your payment had been received, you will receive an order confirmation with an order number – please keep your order number in a safe place and quote it in any correspondence with us.
First orders of the book are planned to be despatched on 15th Dec.
After 15th December 2008, we always aim to despatch all copies on the day of your order, or by the next
working day. All our books are delivered using Royal Mail standard service, which should take 3-7 working
days to arrive. But please allow 28 days for delivery.
